For years we have fine tuned our ability to carefully curate only the very finest offerings.. Strongs sits on 6 beautiful acres covered in shrubs, trees, and statuary with 14 lush greenhouses full of perennials, annuals, and tropicals. Being the largest retail nursery in the metroplex gives us the unique ability to grow a large part of our inventory right here on our own property. Our Texas Certified and Master Certified nursery professionals are constantly watering, pruning, and rotating our stock. Since most of our plants were grown right here we consider them our babies and our staff treats them that way! They are always happy to help you find what you’re looking for and answer your questions, with the combined experience of over 200 years there’s no obstacle we won’t tackle. Since things get pretty hectic around here we can always schedule a time when we’re not to busy to discuss your garden or yard or answer longer, more in depth question. We also have a x square foot customer service center housing our large selection of both organic and conventional fertilizers, soil amendments, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides as well as an ever changing selection of garden accessories.

Strongs nursery may be famous all over the metroplex for our incredible selection of homegrown flowers but did you know we are the only retail nursery to offer soil in bulk?  We offer Harwood mulch, Topsoil and our own blend of landscape mix all by the yard. We carefully select artists from all over the metroplex and some as far away as Oklahoma to ensure you the most up to date selection.
